If we damage turf or concrete, we repair it
Edges get staked during the fall property walk and blade shoes go on where the surface calls for it, which prevents most of it. When damage does happen we repair it in the spring at our cost, in writing, without an argument.
If we miss, we come back
A missed visit or an incomplete clear gets fixed the same day, and the visit is not billed. The GPS log means neither of us has to rely on memory about what happened.
No auto-renew, no cancellation fee
Seasonal rates lock at signing and the contract ends when the season does. You re-sign because the service earned it.
What we will not promise
An exact arrival time during a blizzard. Crews work priority order, and medical and mobility access goes first. We will tell you honestly where you sit rather than giving you a window we cannot hold.
