Church & place of worship snow removal
Cleared for service times rather than business hours, including the weekday and evening schedule most vendors forget.
One field to start. No account, no sales call — we come back with a real number.
Why churches are different
A church runs on a schedule no commercial contract anticipates. The lot has to be clear for Sunday morning above all, then for a weekday programme, a funeral that was scheduled on Thursday for Saturday, and an evening group that meets whether or not it snowed. Clearing for service times rather than business hours is the entire difference between a church contract that works and one that does not.
Congregations also skew older, which changes where the money should go. On most properties the lot matters more than the walk; here it is the reverse. Ramps, handrails, the walk from the accessible spaces to the door — that is where a fall happens and that is where the ice control belongs.
What goes wrong without a plan
- Sunday morning is the one time the lot absolutely must be clear
- Congregations skew older, so walkways matter more than the lot
- Weekday programs, funerals and evening events land unpredictably
What the contract actually specifies
- Cleared and treated ahead of every scheduled service, not on business hours
- Walkways, ramps and ADA access prioritised above lot cosmetics
- Funerals and weekday programmes covered on request, including short notice
- Overflow parking opened when attendance needs it
- Budget-conscious seasonal pricing for volunteer-run facilities
What the program covers
- Cleared and treated ahead of every scheduled service
- Walkways, ramps and ADA access by hand crew
- Weekday programs, funerals and evening events on request
- Parking overflow areas when attendance requires
- Budget-conscious seasonal pricing for volunteer-run facilities
What moves the price on a churche site
- Number of services and programmes a week that need a cleared site
- Walkway, ramp and handrail footage needing hand work and treatment
- Whether overflow parking is opened routinely or occasionally
The documentation half
Every visit is GPS-logged with arrival and departure times, the areas cleared and the material applied. That record is what settles a slip-and-fall argument, and it is the part most vendors cannot produce.

Churches questions
Can you clear for Sunday morning specifically?
Yes, and that is the anchor of the contract. Sunday is the one time the site absolutely must be clear, so the route is built backwards from your service time.
What about a funeral scheduled at short notice?
Covered on request. We would rather take the call on Thursday for a Saturday service than have a family arrive at an uncleared lot.
Where should our budget go if it is limited?
Walkways, ramps and the accessible route, ahead of the lot looking pristine. Your congregation is more exposed on foot than in a car, and that is where a claim would come from.
Ready for winter?
Don’t wait for the first blizzard. Secure your snow removal contract today and guarantee your property stays clear and safe. Nothing is charged until the first plow drops.
